The meeting was called to order by chair Helgeson at 6:30 p.m. with all members present.
The Pledge of Allegiance was said by all in attendance.
Chair Helgeson introduced Mr. Jim Houseman, new elementary principal.
Dockery/Gagnon approved the agenda as presented. MC
Celebration of Successes of Students and Staff included a good summer ball season so far, and football captain's practices have started.

Zipoy/Dockery to approve the agenda as presented. MC
Celebrations included Erin Dingmann participating at the State Golf Meet, Softball finished 3rd in the Section, baseball finished well playing a tough game against EV-W, track sent Shawny Kramer tostate tournament play in discus, the 13-year-old boys' baseball team won the state championship advancing to the World Series possibly in Omaha, Nebraska, the 12U girls' won their tournament in Ramsey and the A-team has two wins, one loss, and one tie presently.

A group of concerned citizens was present to voice their concern in regards to the necessity to pass a levy referendum in November, and the need to make improvements to the various athletic programs within the school. The spokesperson for the group was Doug Joseph.

School District 739 Kimball, MN The meeting was called to order by Chair Helgeson at 6:00 p.m. with all members except Stenger present. The Pledge of Allegiance was said by all in attendance. Gagnon/Zipoy approved the agenda as presented. MC Sr. Class officers presented their request to be excused from the last four days of school which follow graduation. Two FFA officers presented an overview of the weeks' FFA activities as well as events participated in over the year.
