Kimball Sr. Dining Menu Aug. 4-8

Aug. 4-8

Monday: Sloppy Joe on a bun, oven-fried potatoes, corn, applesauce.

Tuesday: Chicken chow mein, rice, Oriental vegetables, Mandarin oranges, fortune cookie.

Wednesday: Roast beef, whipped potatoes w/gravy, carrots, wheat bread, banana cream pie.

Thursday: Liver & onions or hamburger patty w/gravy, whipped potatoes w/gravy, mixed vegetables, wheat bread, pineapple tidbits.

Friday: Tuna noodle casserole, green beans, warm fruit compote, brownie.

Euchre anytime there are enough players

1% milk is served with every meal. Menu is subject to change. As of Jan. 1, 2014, suggested contribution for persons 60+ and volunteers is $4, or what you can afford. Guests under 60 pay $7.50. 

REMINDER: When there is a choice of entree on the menu, you will receive the first one listed UNLESS you notify us. The coffee pot is on by 11:15 a.m. every Wednesday.

Tuesday: Tacos: meat, cheese, shredded lettuce & chopped tomatoes, fresh fruit, tortilla/sour cream, pudding, milk.

Wednesday: Asian chicken, brown-rice pilaf, mixed vegetables, peaches, cream puff dessert, milk.

Thursday: Pork loin, buttered boiled potatoes, creamed carrots, dinner roll/margarine, poke cake, milk.

Friday: Italian meat sauce, spaghetti noodles, lettuce/dressing, green beans, garlic bread/margarine, ice cream, milk.

Suggested donation for those
60 or older is $4, under 60 is $7. Eden Valley diners are served at the Civic Center (attached to the city offices building), and should reserve a meal by calling Mary Lou Newcomb at (320) 453-8375. Watkins diners are served at
St. Anthony Manor, and should call Peggi Gohman at (320)
764-5615 for reservation by 1 p.m. the day before your meal. Both sites serve at 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. This service is through Lutheran Social Service, funded in part by a contract from the Area Agency on Aging with funding from the Federal Older Americans Act through the
Minnesota Board on Aging.

Thursday: Meatballs/gravy, mashed potatoes, beets, breat/margarine, fruit crisp, milk.

Friday: Lemon pepper fish, medium baked potato, Prince William vegetables, bread/margarine, slice pie, milk.

Tuesday: Tater-tot casserole, crunchy Romaine salad, dinner roll, fresh strawberries, brownie.

Wednesday: Spaghetti noodles, tomato meat sauce, green beans, garlic bread, pears.

Thursday: Roasted turkey, whipped potatoes w/gravy, broccoli salad, wheat bread, cranapple crunch.

Friday: Salmon loaf, baked potato w/sour cream, peas in cream sauce, wheat dinner roll, cereal bar.
