Kimball Sr. Dining Menu May 20-24

Monday-Senior Club – 500: Spaghetti noodles, tomato-meat sauce, carrots, Italian lettuce salad, garlic bread, ice cream.

Tuesday: Egg bake, tri-tater patty, orange juice, coffeecake, baked apple slices.

Wednesday: Meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, Oriental vegetables, wheat bread, cinnamon-bread pudding with topping.

Thursday: Parmesan-chicken breast, baked potato w/sour cream, tangy green beans, wheat bread, gingerbread.

Friday: Roast beef w/horseradish, whipped potatoes w/gravy, broccoli Normandy, dinner roll, sunshine salad.

Euchre anytime there are enough players

1% milk is served with every meal. Menu is subject to change. Suggested contribution for persons 60+ and volunteers is $3.50, or what you can afford. Guests under 60 pay $7. 

REMINDER: When there is a choice of entree on the menu, you will receive the first one listed UNLESS you notify us. The coffee pot is on by 11:15 a.m. every Wednesday.

Please call at least one day in advance. Meals may be picked up.

Monday: Swedish meatballs, paprika potatoes, spinach, bread/margarine, ice cream, milk.

Tuesday: Liver or pepper steak, buttered-boiled potatoes, peas, bread/margarine, apricots, milk.

Wednesday: Pork chow mein, rice/chow mein noodles, Oriental vegetables, Mandarin oranges, cookie, milk.

Thursday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, carrots, dinner roll/margarine, pudding dessert, milk.

Friday: Chef salad, Turkey, ham, cheese on lettuce/salad dressing, tomato & cucumber slices, muffin/margarine, brownie, milk.

Suggested donation for those
60 or older is $3.85, under 60 is $6.55. Eden Valley diners are served at the Civic Center (attached to the city offices building), and should reserve a meal by calling Julie Ruprecht at (320) 453-8375. Watkins diners are served at St. Anthony Manor, and should call Peggi Gohman at (320) 764-5615 for reservation by 1 p.m. the day before your meal. Both sites serve at 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. This service is through Lutheran Social Service, funded in part by a contract from the Area Agency on Aging with funding from the Federal Older Americans Act through the Minnesota Board on Aging.

Tuesday: BBQ pork on a bun, potato salad, confetti vegetable salad, molasses cookie.

Wednesday-Flower Garden Party; Fall Prevention 12:30-1:30 Note: If coming for dinner, let Rose know the day before: Chicken salad on a bun, vegetable-dumpling soup, blooming fruit medley, lemon cake.

Thursday: Liver & onions or mushroom & onion steak, whipped potatoes w/gravy, peas, wheat bread, applesauce.

Friday: Lemon pepper fish, au gratin potatoes, beets, wheat bread, ice cream gelatin.

Wednesday: Chicken breast strips on lettuce/dressing, melon wedges, breadstick/margarine, bar, milk.

Thursday: Baked fish, brown rice, coleslaw, mixed vegetables, dinner roll/margarine, raspberry parfait dessert, milk.

Friday: Salisbury steak, parslied whole potatoes, squash, bread/margarine, blushing pears, milk.
